- John Devane Review added: 2018.09.11★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Reception staff just about tolerant of you! Very poor customer skills. Doctors - good but, their support staff leave a lot to be desired: I was transferring from a nearby surgery and it was a nightmare bureaucratic process which at one stage, my doctor was about to register me as a temporary visitor - they managed to register correctly eventually. Latest update: Two months after, they screwed up my prescriptions ! Doctors are good but, let down by Incompetent support staff. Going to find another practice. No description other than, shambolic - they bring shame on the primary care system.
